The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source purchase order to Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to provide Simunition conversion kits and protective equipment in order to supplement our current inventory of tactical equipment.

This equipment will be used during HSD and NCERT operations where practice with live fire exercises are needed. This equipment allows us to adequately train all agents in real life scenarios in changing environments.

Tactical & Survival in Harrisonburg, VA is the Simunition Distributor of the Eastern Region.

This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and no solicitation is available. Nonetheless, any responsible source that believes it is capable of meeting these requirements is encouraged to submit a Capabilities Statement in writing, which, if received no later than October 5, 2010 at 12 Noon ET, will be considered. All responses must be made via email. No phone calls will be accepted.

The award is expected to be made on or about October 5, 2010.
