The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ), under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6 and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, requests that you submit a quotation for issue of a purchase order for storage, shipping, assembly and dismantling of a show exhibit booth in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
This requirement is being conducted as a small business set-aside.
This posting is to provide access to the documents for this requirement. All other information is located at the Federal Business Opportunities link provided below. All updates and changes to this RFQ will be made on this website and not FedBizOpps.
Each offeror shall submit an electronic copy of their quotation. Final responses to this RFQ must be received by Monday, July 18, 2011 at 4:00 pm EST via email to Ben Shih, Contract Specialist, at shih.benjamin@epa.gov and to the Project Officer/COTR, Joann Jackson-Stephens at jackson-stephens.joann@epa.gov. Questions concerning this requirement may be directed to Ben Shih, Contract Specialist, at the aforementioned e-mail address no later than 1:00 pm EST Wednesday, July 13, 2011. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
