This is a Simplified Acquisition for the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) to obtain a full page advertisement for one year, from November 2010 through October 2011, in Vetrepreneur Magazine.

The EPA/OSBP mission is to support the protection of the environment and human health by advocating and advancing the business, regulatory, and environmental compliance concerns of small and socio-economically disadvantaged business, and minority academic institutions.

The price for this annual advertisement is $24,980.00, which will include 10 publications

Under the Commercial Item Acquisition Procedures for other than full and open competition authorized by FAR part 12 in conjunction with FAR13.106(b(1), Simplified Acquisition Procedures, this is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers.
