PR-DC-09-01515 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The US EPA’s Research and Program Support Division of the National Center for Environmental Economics in Washington, DC, has a requirement for the following line items:
Line Item 1. 5 each of Mathworks MATLAB Software (Part # MLALL)
Line Item 2. 5 each of Optimization Toolbox (Part # OPALL)
Line Item 3. 5 each of Symbolic Math Toolbox (Part # SMALL)
Line Item 4. 5 each of Mathworks First Year Software Maintenance
Line Item 5. 5 each of Option for Year 2 of Software Maintenance
Line Item 6. 5 each of Option for Year 3 of Software Maintenance
The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order for the above line items, under the authority of FAR Part 13.
The Period of Performance will be one-year from date of installation of the software maintenance service.
Interested persons may respond to this RFQ by submitting their best price offer, via email only, to bowman.janetb@epa.gov. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals.
