Under the Authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Planning, Resources and Outreach (OPRO) in Washington, DC, is seeking to obtain award products for an awards presentation. The proposed line items are required in the attached SOW with specifications indentified in Attachment 1 - 4. Delivery is expected June 2009.
The Government intends to award a "Blanket Purchase Agreement" resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Any vendors capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated herein, may submit a quote, which if received by the response date of this announcement will be considered. Responses must be in writing and submitted to Genine McElroy, Contracting Officer at mcelroy.genine@epa.gov by 2:00 PM on Tuesday May 26, 2009.
