Question: Can you send us more information about what you want? What are the main features you are looking for this tool to do; track usage, size, etc.?

Answer: The EPA is in need of an Email Management Tool that can model, enforce, and report business policies allowing for cost avoidance in both hardware resources such as server capacity and storage, as well as network and WAN bandwidth. This tool needs to be server based due to the disparate distributed Lotus Notes infrastructure.
