NAICS CODE: 541620. The United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to issue a competitive small business set-aside solicitation on behalf of EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs Health Effects Division based in Washington, DC on or about October 20, 2009. The resultant contract will provide scientific and technical support for review and evaluation of tocicology studies reporting tests of pesticides in animals, clinical reports, monitoring and epidemiological studies, and accidental pesticide exposure incidents.
It is the Government's intent to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract for a potential period of performance of 5 years including all available options.
