Amendment #01 was posted today. This amendment formally incorporates all questions and answers received in response to the solicitation. The amendment also includes an extension of the proposal due day to May 1, 2012 by 5:00 PM ET, increases the small business size standard from $7 Million to $14 Million, and revises the proposal requirements to one (1) original and two (2) copies of the technical and the cost proposals as well as an electronic version which may be submitted via removable disc or via e-mail to Jennifer Garger (email@example.com) and Jody Gosnell (firstname.lastname@example.org).

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), Headquarters Procurement Operations Division (HPOD), is hereby issuing the solicitation for SOL-DC-11-00008 Pollution Prevention (P2) Support Services for the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP). These services will assist the EPA's P2 Program ( http://www.epa.gov/p2 ) in supporting their broad mission of preventing pollution at the source, promoting the use of greener substances, and conserving natural resources.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR part 15.203 and will be a 100% Small Business Set - Aside . The EPA intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time and Materials (T&M) contract from this solicitation. The contract's period of performance shall be for a one (1) year base period with four (4) one-year option periods for a maximum contract performance period of five (5) years.
Any firm believing itself to be capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated within the Solicitation, Instructions (Sections L & M of the solicitation), and the Performance Work Statement, may submit a proposal, which, if received by the response date and time of this announcement shall be considered. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED . All amendments and other solicitation related updates and information will be posted to this site.
Prospective sources are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in accordance with FAR 4.11.
