THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE TASK ORDER UNDER THE REFERENCED GSA CONTRACT.  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL.  NO SOLICITATION FOR THE SOLE SOURCE TASK ORDER WILL BE PROVIDED.  The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely in the discretion of the EPA.  The EPA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.  This notice in no way obligates the EPA to award a sole source task order to Vocus.

Interested parties must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill this requirement no later than Wednesday, 19 December 2013 by 10:00 AM ET to Stefan Martiyan, Contracting Officer, via email at martiyan.stefan@epa.gov .  A work statement will not be provided.  Responses to this notice must demonstrate evidence that clearly and convincingly demonstrate that competition of the proposed contract action is appropriate and would be advantageous to the Government.
