Current Status: The pre-solicitation synopsis, was posted to FEDBIZOPPS on February 4, 2009. DRAFT SOW and DRAFT COI clauses were posted to the RTPPOD web page 2/4/09. This procurement is being processed under full and open competition. Solicitation issued April 2, 2009. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available via the EPA RTP-POD website. Hard copies or diskettes are not available. Please see the solicitation for details. Proposals are due May 7, 2009.
