Current Status: This procurement action is an intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Eastern Research Group Incorporated (ERG), the addition of two pollutant sample analysis categories to Delivery Order EP-D-09-048. Please see attached document for further details.


Intent to Sole Source posted April 9, 2009. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the US EPA.
