Partisol Plus 2025 Sequential PM10-2.5 FRM Air Sampler - PR-NC-10-10088

Current Status: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Thermo Environmental Instruments, Inc. for the acquisition of a Partisol Plus 2025 Sequential PM10-2.5 FRM Air Sampler and associated components. The equipment will be used by the EPA for a pilot study that will involve testing, training, development of sampling and analysis protocols, as well as special studies to address PM10-2.5 monitoring implementation issues. No Request For Proposal (RFP) will be released under this announcement. All interested parties must respond within 10 days (November 20, 2009) of the date of this announcement.
