Current Status: This procurement action is an intent to negotiate a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Agilent Technologies, Inc. located at 2850 Centerville Road in Wilmington, DE 19808 for laboratory equipment preventative maintenance. Intent to Sole Source posted August 7, 2009. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the US EPA.
