NOTE: The Statements of Work have been updated as of 8/21/09 below. The only changes to the documents previously posted are as follows:
- The role of the Sample Management Office (SMO) has been defined properly: they are to be copied when the contractor is communicating with the TOPO or EPA when issues are encountered with the samples (e.g., broken samples, etc.).
- SMO will not handle any scheduling; this is determined based on TO award.
- Additionally, for the DLM02.1 SOW, Exhibit B has been updated to reflect the 2005 Toxic Equivalency Factors (previously 1989) in FORM I-HR CDD-2.
