The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Superfund/RCRA Regional Procurement Operations Division (SRRPOD) has a requirement for Enforcement Support Services and Records Management for Regions 5 & 6. This requirement will provide a contractual framework for enforcement support services and records management and includes potential responsible parties searches and litigation support. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement are 518210 (about 70% of the anticipated work)with a U.S. Small Business Administration defined size standard of $25M , 541620 (about 15% of the anticipated work) with a U.S. Small Business Administration defined size standard of $7M and 519120 (about 15% of the anticipated work) with a U.S. Small Business Administration defined size standard of $7M. This acquisition will be a competitive 8(a) (Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.805).

This requirement will satisfy a need for qualified contractors to provide Enforcement and Information Support to the EPA in five major areas: Community Relations, Enforcement, Administrative Records, Superfund Records and Documents and Special Projects. The EPA intends to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), fixed rate contract with a three-year base period and two one-year option periods to meet the EPA's Enforcement Support Service needs.
