Section 185 Work Group
This work group is currently inactive.
At its January 2009 meeting, the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee decided to form a workgroup on implementation issues concerning Section 185 of the Clean Air Act. The Work Group will comment on a draft EPA guidance document as well as suggest additional measures related to implementing an acceptable alternative program. The work group plans to submit their draft recommendations to the CAAAC during their spring meeting in 2009.
