Permits, New Source Reviews, and Toxics Subcommittee
The Permits, New Source Reviews, and Toxics Subcommittee meets on a periodic basis to discuss a variety of topics related to EPA's new source reviews permitting program, operating permit program, and toxic air pollutant program. EPA uses this as an opportunity to solicit ideas and comments from the Subcommittee on major rulemakings and reports which are under development by the Agency. Future meetings of this subcommittee are expected to focus on topics such as: the urban toxics strategy, new source reviews permitting in transitional nonattainment areas, and status of the new source reviews reform and operating permit revisions efforts.
