SULLIVAN AND BELKNAP COUNTIES, NEW HAMPSHIRE and
FRANKLIN, OXFORD, AND SOMERSET COUNTIES, MAINE*

Effective Redesignation Date: 5/27/97 (62 FR 14641, 3/27/97)

These areas were originally designated as incomplete data/nonattainment areas. This rule corrects the designation of these areas to attainment for ozone. As such, no maintenance plan was developed or required for these areas.

*Area includes portions of Franklin, Oxford, and Somerset Counties
