continue operating and maintaining the ozone monitors in Walworth County during the 10 year maintenance period
WDNR will track progress by generating VOC and NO_x emission inventories for the years 1996, 1999, 2002, 2005, and 2007

Contingency Plan Trigger

violation of the ozone NAAQS and EPA-approved analysis showing that emission sources within county caused the violation (i.e., not caused by transport)

Contingency Measures

Schedule

- If analysis shows violation not to be attributable to transport from other areas

verify violation and submit plan to analyze violation to EPA for approval - 60 days after violation measurement
submit completed analysis, public notice, and comment material to EPA for approval - 14 months after violation measurement
implement Stage II vapor recovery - 24 months after violation measurement
non-CTG RACT measures - 24 months after violation measurement
