Identifies the sending Financial Institution’s nine digit routing Number (ABA) and short name.  Sending Bank will provide.

Sender Reference

The sender institution’s reference information may be inserted by the sending bank to identify the transaction.
     EXAMPLE:  Callaveras County Water Treatment Plant

Receiver FI

Identifies the receiving institution.  The nine digit identifier 021030004 is the routing number (ABA) of the FRB NY.
     EXAMPLE:  021030004 FRB New York

Beneficiary

Provided by Agency being paid.  ALC (Agency Location  Code) for US EPA is D 68010727  US EPA
     EXAMPLE:  D 68010727 US ENV PROTECTION AGENCY
