Non-contract commercial payments are handled as a Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP).

To submit your SAP bill by email:

Email pdf file to RTPreceiving@epa.gov.
Provide the pdf file with the following naming convention and SUBJECT in email: SI_PO#_inv#.pdf example: SI_EP08X00005_5335.pdf
