National Program Manager (NPM) Guidance
NPM Guidance documents are issued annually by EPA’s five major program offices, as follows:
- Air & Radiation
- Water
- Solid Waste and Emergency Response
- Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances
- Enforcement & Compliance Assurance
Regions, states and tribes are encouraged to review Guidance documents. Please send all comments to the appropriate National Program Manager by no later than April 6. A checklist with further relevant NPM Guidance milestones for states and tribes is available here (PDF) (1p, 36K).
