in place. The agreements were negotiated after June 2002.
Some sites have more than one Superfund alternative approach agreement.
Other sites share a single Superfund alternative approach agreement
(for example, six of the Wisconsin Public Service sites in Region 5 share
a single Superfund alternative approach agreement to perform a remedial
investigation and feasibility study at each of the six sites and all
eleven of the Peoples Gas sites share one agreement for RI/FS).
