The Find Grant Opportunities feature, located at Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for competitive grant opportunities from all Federal grant-making agencies. Grants.gov is The single access point for over 900 grant programs offered by the 26 Federal grant-making agencies. The US Department of Health and Human Services is proud to be the managing partner for Grants.gov, an initiative that will have an unparalleled impact on the grant community. EPA posts synopses of competitive grant opportunities on Grants.gov.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Grants and Debarment (OGD) Grants Competition web site provides information about the Agency's Policy for Competition of Assistance Agreements. It also includes information on competitive grant opportunities available at EPA, including a list of open competitive grant opportunities, and information on past competitions. The Grants Competition Advocate's (GCA) office in OGD administers and oversees EPA's Policy for Competition of Assistance Agreements and provides advice and support to EPA program offices and grant management offices on matters related to the process of competing assistance agreements.

The online Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance gives you access to a database of all Federal programs available to State and local governments (including the District of Columbia); federally -recognized Indian tribal governments; Territories (and possessions) of the United States; domestic public, quasi-public, and private profit and nonprofit organizations and institutions; specialized groups; and individuals.
