Assessment
EPA's Workforce Assessment Project has identified the competencies (skills, knowledge and attributes) of the current workforce, projected the competency needs for the future, and identified the gaps between these two. This information can assist managers and supervisors as they determine what competencies will be needed to do EPA work in the future.
