Hispanic Employment Program Managers
Role
A Hispanic Employment Program Manager (HEPM) serves as a member of the management team working closely with managers and supervisors to identify issues of concern to Hispanics. HEPMs can develop strategies to ensure that Hispanics are well-represented and have developmental opportunities at all levels of the organization.
HEPMs
Network and coordinate with other HEPMs
- Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions with high Hispanic enrollment
- Develop MOUs with targeted Hispanic Serving Institutions
- Work with community leaders
- Inform Hispanic employees and candidates about EPA employment opportunities
- Increase the understanding and knowledge of Hispanic culture
