Hispanic Employment Program Managers

Role

A Hispanic Employment Program Manager (HEPM) serves as a member of the management team working closely with managers and supervisors to identify issues of concern to Hispanics. HEPMs can develop strategies to ensure that Hispanics are well-represented and have developmental opportunities at all levels of the organization.

Network and coordinate with other HEPMs

Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions with high Hispanic enrollment
Develop MOUs with targeted Hispanic Serving Institutions
Work with community leaders
Inform Hispanic employees and candidates about EPA employment opportunities
Increase the understanding and knowledge of Hispanic culture
