Role
The Human Resources (HR) Staff is an important collaborator in developing effective recruitment strategies, implementing activities, and evaluating methods. The HR Staff is part of the management team and performs as a business partner. The HR Staff is pro-active and can help the supervisor and manager concentrate on the big picture EPA's mission.

- Frame the legal and regulatory consideration for achieving a talented and diverse workforce
- Select staffing alternative(s)
- Identify outreach strategies and sources
- Analyze positions
- Serve as central points of contact for internal and external recruitment
