Strategy
Exploring a variety of ways to recruit from all sources increases the opportunity to hire Hispanic employees. Increasing the under-representation of Hispanics requires aggressive recruitment strategies and a redoubling of our efforts to attract and recruit qualified Hispanic employees.
Students and Recent Graduates
A comprehensive list of current hiring programs used throughout EPA to hire students and recent college graduates is attached. Since all the programs are in place, managers and supervisors need only contact the individual listed for additional information or to participate.
