Information Exchange between Handler Employers and Agricultural Employers
Agricultural employers must have up-to-date information on pesticide applications before they happen, so they can inform their workers. The WPS requires that employers tell them when there will be changes to scheduled pesticide applications, before the application takes place. EPA is proposing to add essential information to this requirement.

All your comments are welcome but we have specific questions for you on changes to Information Exchange between the Handler and the Agricultural Employer:
- Is it reasonable to require the handler employer to notify the agricultural employer of changes to scheduled pesticide applications within 2 hours of the end of the application?
- What are the benefits to expanding the information to be exchanged between handler and agricultural employers? Are there any drawbacks?
- Would this impose additional burden on employers? If so, what burden and how could it be reduced?
