The Office of Pesticide Program Work Plan identifies a candidate pool of inert ingredients for decision-making during the fiscal year. The Program anticipates that it will complete ten to twelve of these actions this year. Polymeric chemical substances, meeting the criteria of the polymer exemption are not included in this candidate pool, and are counted separately. Polymer actions will be completed within 90 days of the publication of the Notice of Filing.
