Status: A voluntary testing agreement was concluded with Ethyl Corporation. All required first tier tests agreed upon have been completed. Tier II testing was delayed while the chemical was assessed under the SIDS program. Tier I test results and the SIDS initial assessment report will be submitted to the Risk Assessment Division to ascertain whether Ethyl Corporation tier II testing should be required.
