The Brominated Flame Retardant Industry Panel submitted toxicity of TBBPA (green alga [Selenastrum capricornutum]) and aquatic toxicity (fathead minnow [Pimephales promelas]) (53 FR 49227; December 6, 1988).
The Great Lakes Chemical Corporation submitted results of biodegradability studies in soil under aerobic and anaerobic conditions (54 FR 8816; March 2, 1989) and bioconcentration and elimination of 14C-residues by fathead minnow exposed to TBBPA (54 FR 14861; April 13, 1989).
The Brominated Flame Retardant Industry Panel submitted acute aquatic toxicity of the eastern oyster (Crassostrea virginica) and bioconcentration and elimination of 14C-residues by eastern oyster (Crassostrea virginica) exposed to TBBPA (54 FR 28837; July 10, 1989).
The Great Lakes Chemical Corp. submitted chronic toxicity of TBBPA (daphnia and early life stages of fathead minnow) and the Brominated Flame Retardant Industry Panel submitted subchronic toxicity of sediment-sorbedTBBPA to chironomids and biodegradability of TBBPA in sediment/soil microbial systems (54 FR 38436; September 18 1989).
