Announced Receipt of Test Data
Dow Chemical Co. submitted results of a chronic inhalation oncogenicity test (rat) (51 FR 27598; August 1, 1986). This study was part of a voluntary testing program.
The Halogenated Solvents Industry Alliance submitted results of a developmental toxicity study (rabbits, rats) pursuant to a test rule (52 FR 26564; July 15, 1987).
Halogen Solvents Industry Alliance (HSIA) submissions describe an acute inhalation neurophysiology test and a mouse micronucleus test (55 FR 50055; December 4, 1990).
HSIA submitted acute motor activity and neurophysiology tests on rats by gavage (56 FR 5688; February 12, 1991).
A validation of a short-term memory test on rats using scopolamine and methscopolamine was submitted (56 FR 24191; May 29, 1991).
HSIA submitted a neurotoxicological study on rats exposed to 1,1,1-trichloroethane vapors for 13 weeks (56 FR 28893; June 25, 1991).
Test data was submitted by HSIA pursuant to a consent order and received by EPA on June 22, 1993. The submission describes the examination of rats for developmental neurotoxicologic effects from maternal exposure to 1,1,1-trichloroethane (58 FR 40427; July 28, 1993).
