* The commitment for Tier 2 studies includes oral immunotoxicity, inhalation prenatal developmental toxicity in rats, physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PB-PK) modeling, existing subchronic toxicity, and existing inhalation multigeneration reproductive toxicity in rats. The commitment for Tier 3 includes an oral developmental neurotoxicity study in rats and existing inhalation neurotoxicity studies in rats. The PB-PK modeling will bridge between the existing inhalation studies and the oral route.
