* The commitment for Tier 2 studies includes oral immunotoxicity, physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PB-PK) modeling, on-going one-species inhalation prenatal developmental toxicity, and existing inhalation subchronic toxicity. The commitment for Tier 3 includes an oral developmental neurotoxicity study in rats and an existing battery of inhalation neurotoxicity tests. The PB-PK modeling will bridge between the existing inhalation studies and the oral route.
