Updated the AEGL-3 values for Methyl dichlorosilane based on discussions by the AEGL committee in December 2008 that led to use a common derivation for all chlorosilanes based upon hydrochloride acid equivalents
Replaced the Compiled AEGL values file accessible through the AEGL Chemical Data page
