Guidance for Program Data Preparation and Submission
Through voluntary chemical sponsorships, chemical manufacturers and importers committed to providing health and environmental effects data for HPV chemicals. The program guidance documents and other guidelines below explained how to collect and submit HPV chemical data to EPA under the voluntary program.

sponsors in collecting existing hazard data and conducting new testing to
honor their voluntary chemical commitments under the program.
- SIDS Test Guidelines - Historical SIDS testing guidelines for sponsors to collect basic, screening-level health and environmental effects data for HPV chemicals under the HPV Challenge Program.
- Directions for Submitting Robust Summaries - Procedures for sponsors
to submit robust summaries of existing HPV chemical data to EPA.
- Directions for Submitting Test Plans - Procedures for sponsors to submit plans to EPA for conducting new testing for HPV chemicals.
