Status: Closed. All required tests have been completed for 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene and 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane. Test results have been forwarded to the Risk Assessment Division for review and disposition. Testing requirements were dropped for chloroethane, 1,1-dichloroethane, as well as the 90-day subchronic test for 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane.

Announced Receipt of Test Data

Test data for 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene describing a 14-day oral gavage toxicity study in rats with a recovery group were submitted by Koch Industries pursuant to a test rule and received by EPA on February 9, 1995 (60 FR 19590; April 19, 1995).

A final report for a study with 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene describing a 90-day oral gavage toxicity study in rats with a recovery group was submitted by Koch Industries pursuant to a test rule and received by EPA on May 11, 1995 (60 FR 32320; June 21, 1995).
