Regulations

March 16, 2012 -- EPA has issued a direct final rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act revoking all of the testing for four chemicals and some of the testing for six chemicals required by an EPA final test rule entitled “Testing of Certain High Production Volume Chemicals” (51 FR 13708, March 16, 2006). EPA revoked these testing requirements because the Agency determined that existing data submitted by manufacturers after the rule was issued meet the Agency's data requirements.
