Announced Receipt of Test Data
Skin sensitization study (guinea pigs) (55 FR 13956; April 13, 1990).
The TBP Task Force submitted the following environmental effects tests: acute toxicity to Selanastrum capricornutum, Daphnia magna, Gammarid [Hyalella azteca], and rainbow trout [Oncorhynshys mykiss] (55 FR 29411; July 19, 1990).
SOCMA submitted sediment/soil adsorption isotherms, a hydrolysis rate test, and vapor pressure determinations (55 FR 50055; December 4, 1990).
SOCMA submitted an acute study of the potential neurotoxic effects of TBP and a 3-month study of the potential effects of orally administered TBP on behavior and neuromorphology (56 FR 16333; April 22, 1991).
The TBP Task Force submitted an early-life stage toxicity study in rainbow trout (57 FR 3203; January 28, 1992).
Test data on TBP were submitted by SOCMAs TBP Task Force pursuant to a test rule and received by EPA on December 29, 1992 (58 FR 7784; February 9, 1993). The submissions describe a pharmacokinetic study in rats. Section 1 contains the distribution, metabolism, and excretion of 14C-TBP following I.V., oral and dermal administration; section II contains the blood levels following I.V., oral and dermal administration. Another study contains the adsorption, distribution and excretion of 14C-TBP in Yucatan® minipigs.
Test data concerning an oncogenicity study of TBP in the rat and in the mouse via dietary administration were submitted by SOCMA pursuant to a test rule and received by EPA on February 25, 1994 (59 FR 17101; April 11, 1994 ).
