Office of Chemical Safety & Pollution Prevention (OCSPP) Tribal Program

OCSPP Tribal Consultation Information:


OPPT is initiating consultation on several actions in accordance with the EPA Policy on Consultation and Coordination with Indian Tribes. OPPT invites Tribal leaders and/or their designated consultation representative(s) to participate in these consultations which are expected to extend from December 14th, 2011- January 31th, 2012.

During this period, we are sending out official consultation letters and conducting two National Consultation calls on two consecutive days for each group of actions. Important information on the consultation process including the official consultation letters, background materials, logistics for consultation calls, and comment submissions can be found on the Tribal Consultation Opportunities Tracking System (TCOTS) on EPA's American Indian Environmental Office's Tribal Portal at: www.epa.gov/tp/.

The following actions are listed under two groupings:
