How to obtain information from EPA:
To obtain publicly available submissions:
TSCA 8(e) and FYI submissions are available to the public in the TSCA Public Docket during the hours of 9:00 to 4:30 EST at EPA Headquarters. The TSCA docket maintains paper or microfiche copies of all TSCA 8(e) and FYI submissions and electronic copies of submissions received after June 16, 2001. Monthly tabular summaries of all new TSCA 8(e) and FYI submissions from June, 2001 to the present with full pdf text of submissions are available at this website in the 8(e) and FYI Submissions section. To obtain copies of TSCA 8(e) and FYI submissions, contact the TSCA Docket as follows:
