(United Kingdom), in association with ARGUS (Germany), COWI Consulting
Engineers and Planners (Denmark), and PRC Bouwcentrum (the Netherlands).
It describes best practices in the field of C&D debris reuse and recycling.
The report analyses the quantities of C&D debris among the European
Union, as well as the measures that Member States have taken to improve
the reuse and recycling of this waste stream.
