Templates for Fiscal Year 2005 Pilot Proposals
A template is being developed by the Innovations Workgroup (IWG) to aid in the development of proposals. The template will be available when the 2007 solicitation is posted (anticipated July 2007).
Proposals must be submitted electronically by 5:00 p.m. local time by the due date (TBD). There is a page limit for each proposal which includes the budget and milestones. Pages in excess of this limit will be removed and not evaluated. Partner participation letters of support do not count against the page limit.
