OSWER Tribal Strategy

OSWER has finalized a tribal strategy for 2009 – 2014. This strategy communicates OSWER’s nation-wide approach to protecting public health and the environment in Indian country and working with federally-recognized tribes as part of implementing OSWER’s programs.

2010 OSWER Tribal Accomplishments Report
The 2010 OSWER Tribal Accomplishments Report (PDF) (23 pp, 1.8 MB, About PDF) highlights EPA's efforts to implement our tribal program across the OSWER program offices, including Brownfields, Superfund and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act programs. OSWER hopes to continuously achieve our Tribal Strategy goals each year and provide a transparent and accountable report that tracks our progress together with tribes.
