Fees Home | Fee Filing Forms, Instructions and Guidance

An appropriate certification fee and a fee filing form must be received by EPA before an application for a certificate of conformity can be reviewed for the associated test group or engine family. Fees are determined by the calendar year in which the application is received by EPA; therefore, the fee filing forms are revised and posted here each calendar year.

The fee filing forms listed below contain:

- fee amounts for the categories of vehicles, engines, evaporative systems and equipment to which they apply, and
- instructions for making payment and submitting the forms.
