This document incorporates the findings of two studies conducted by Automotive Testing Laboratories, one on behalf of EPA., the other for Oil/Auto Air Quality Improvement Research Program (AQIRP) to develops hot soak emission estimates at low RVP values. These values are used in the official EPA highway vehicle emission factor model, MOBILE6.
