Directory Contents for OMS/OMS3_OMS4 directory.

The emis directory contains the pre-merged Revised 2007 Budget
emissions used to create the OMS3 and OMS4 output by applying
controls on Motor Vehicle emissions.  Also included in this
directory are the pre-merged Revised 1995/1996 Base Year
emissions. 

The xymap directory contains MapL1 model output from the OMS3,
OMS4, Revised 1995/1996 Base Year, and Revised 2007 Budget runs.
