Diesel Fuel Reporting Forms
This Web page contains compliance reporting forms and associated instructions for the Motor Vehicle Diesel Fuel Sulfur program (40 CFR 80 Subpart I). These forms are required to be filled out and submitted by producers and importers of highway diesel fuel destined for sale in the United States. For a given compliance period (a calendar year), forms are submitted annually and are due the last day of February of the following year.
Entity and Facility registration forms for this program are covered by the RFG and Anti-dumping program (40 CFR 80 Subparts D & E). Registration forms may be found on the Reformulated Gasoline & Anti-Dumping Reporting Forms page.
