Transportation Conformity Regulations - What Parts of the Final Rule Apply to Me?
The table in Federal Register notice 69 FR 40006-7, Section II.D., "What Parts of the Final Rule Apply to Me?", is incomplete. EPA intends to publish a correction notice in the Federal Register in the near future. All other preamble and regulatory text printed in the July 1, 2004 Notice are correct. Conformity implementers can begin to use the preamble and regulation as published.
Type of Area:
- 8-hour ozone
- PM2.5 - fine particles
- 1-hour ozone
- PM10 - particles up to 10 microns in diameter
